Outbound Call Centre Solutions – Hosted Dialler

Clear Communications hosted dialler is a high performance application, which is readily implemented into the client call centre, delivering customer calls to individual users as dictated by the business rules. Unlike traditional ACD solutions, the Hosted Dialler operates from a centralised location within the public network. The call centre will not be required to integrate customer premise equipment (CPE) as the dialer and the engine is a component part of the network platform in addition to its other main functions for providing Predictive Dialing, IVR, ACD and call routing. This is delivered under the Ultra Hosted Dialer platform.

This provides contact centres with the opportunity to free themselves from expensive CPE solutions and provides a pay as you use option – Software as a Service (SaaS).
