Kendlebell are a growing business and engaged with Clear Connections when they were looking to install a call processing system and contact centre solution for a new site capable of supporting up to 20 users but with the flexibility to quickly scale up if required.

The nature of the business that Kendlebell operates means that they cannot afford for their communication system to go down and response to support issues must be immediate. They also needed to ensure that the delivery of voice traffic to and from that system was as reliable as possible.
