Clear Connections delivered a hosted/cloud based dialer solution for Eistech’s outbound contact  centre with 250,000 minutes per month on a predictive dial.

Eistech is a recently established contact centre which delivers business insight and superior service to a client base in the UK and Ireland, including Orange and T Mobile.

Eistech were in the process of forming a new contact centre business when they engaged with Clear Connections to help them devise a communications solution capable of supporting the required  blended (inbound business would follow) call centre requires.

The initial focus was to be business ready for a large outbound campaign which would require a dialer solution. Ordinarily that means buying premises equipment costing a six figure sum but Clear Connections designed a cloud based dialer solution that integrated with the Splicecom PBX which was a fraction of the cost.

Both the dialer element and the PBX had to be scalable to cope with increased volumes, potentially running to hundreds of agents concurrently handling calls.
